Today we came up with the theme for our dinner which we are hosting on the 12th of September. We chose a carnival theme because we thought it would be fun and entertaining for the delegates. We brainstormed ideas for the carnival dinner including how to advertise it, how to decorate the restaurant and some entertainment ideas. As the menu has been set by the restaurant, we don't need to worry about this and it has had no influence on our choice of theme.
All group members were present at this meeting, apart from Ariana who was absent due to illness. We will update her on the progress we have made today at our next meeting which will hopefully be on the 23rd.
