Today we met in the restaurant and we decided on the name for our dinner evening, Spring Carnvial. We also decided on having a drink special with a traffic light colour/idea.
Koyal has been doing Venue Inspection forms for two options
Emily has got information about the Museum and completed a Venue Inspection Form for that. She also looked into Insurance.
Haylee has got a quote for the transport and is working on the accommodation.
Kylie has got information about the themed dinner at Larnach Castle and has been looking at ideas for the day tour for the partners. She has also got a list of possible sponsors.
Ariana has been working on the conference programme.
Emily and Kylie have been trying to get in touch with possible guest speakers but havnt had much luck.
We are all going to look into decoration ideas for our dinner on the 12th of September. Haylee is going to come up with an idea for the poster advertising.
We will meet again tomorrow in class to discuss what we have found.
I like the idea of a spring theme, very fitting especially as it is getting lighter in the evenings now and we may be able to open the doors out into the garden area on the evening.
